What?

Fun

At 1 hour and 15 minutes per lesson, you will socialise, learn, laugh and maybe make friends for life. We are so confident of changing your life, physique and way of thinking, that we’re offering a FREE introduction to our sessions with trainers who can build the new you.

Fitness

Being unfit or overweight can be depressing, as can hours on a treadmill, or in a soulless gym full of strangers pumping iron. Over the years we’ve heard all the stories and encountered all sorts of confidence and image issues, some of which were suffered by our own team of instructors before they found Martial Arts training.

Finesse

ALL levels of fitness / experience are catered for and all disciplines covered. We can identify what’s right for you, from low impact group classes to personal 1-2-1 training with Lee himself.

Where?

We can be found at the Angel Centre in the heart of Tonbridge, Kent. Developed as part of a multi-million facelift for the centre of Tonbridge, the Angel Centre is Tonbridge’s premier sport centre. The main sports hall is supplemented by an additional large events hall and there is also a beautifully equipped air-conditioned gym facility, one of the best in the area.

The Centre is just minutes away from the train station and access by car is extremely easy via the A21 from the north and A26 from the south. There’s ample car parking at the Centre.

When?

How Much?

If you decide to train with us once a week the cost is just:

• £37 a month
• Join us twice a week and the price drops to £52.
• After paying an initial £50 joining fee, you’ll be required to sign a statutory Student Agreement, which covers both parties.

To allow you to integrate and acclimatise, you’ll receive 2 free lessons with our friendly and helpful instructors. All fees are taken by Direct Debit so that classes are totally about the sport, rather than outstanding money issues.
